1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Yotified, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access Yotified for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Yotified
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the audiobooks and content you upload to Yotified. By uploading content, you grant Yotified a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and convert any content through our service.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

6. Subscription and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Yotified:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Yotified, a Yotified employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Yotified or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Yotified, even if Yotified or a Yotified authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
